Join our Carnivore Keepers for a close encounter  with the Guiness Book of Records' "Most Fearless Animal in the World", you'll get to help prepare some meaty, vet approved healthy treats before we head of to the Badger House to meet Popcorn and Peanut for an upclose encounter of the furry kind!

You'll get to understand how our procedures and routines allow us to operate in a safe way whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and welfare for these feisty Honey Badgers. 

The Honey Badger Experience are suitable for Honey Badger lovers aged 7+, all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who has also purchased an equivalent encounter voucher.

You will need to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your encounter.

Once you have booked your date either at the point of checkout or via bookings@cumbriazoo.co.uk if choosing an undated encounter, amendmentsto date will be subject to a £15 administration fee per place for bookings due to take place more than one month in advance, a £35 administration fee per place will be payable for changes to bookings due to take place more than 7 days in advance. For changes to bookings due to take place within 7 days, a £50 administration fee per place will be payable.
