When you add your hand feeds to your adoption we will post out the hand feed tickets with your adoption pack. For the Lemur, Penguin and Giraffe Feeding you do not need to reserve the date for your hand feeding experience but please refer to the what's on section of our website and/or our Social Media to check what time the hand feedings will take place during your planned visit.
