Available online in advance only. Includes participation in the publicised Giraffe feeding and Lemur Feedings, please check the talk times on our website ahead of your visit. Opening hours 11am - 3pm.

These are e-tickets, nothing will be sent out in the post.  Please provide your order reference at our admissions desk.

Under 3s visit free of charge, charges apply for u3's taking part in Giraffe and lemur Feeding @ £5 per person per feed. You can add feeds for the little ones at checkout for the reduced price of £5 for both feedings.

Please note -

• Tickets are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
• Sales are final, In the event you do not use the any element of your ticket no refund will be given.
• Tickets are valid for admission on the chosen date only and cannot be transferred or used as credit against a future ticket purchase.
